These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ARLISHCO and purchases made through arlishco.com. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked on the store. If a mandatory consumer right conflicts with these terms, that mandatory right prevails.

1. Store operator and contact

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation, scrape or copy protected content unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3. Product information and compatibility

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images, pricing and availability accurately. Colours and appearance can vary by screen, lighting, manufacturing revision or packaging. Compatibility can depend on your device model, software version, charger, cable, adapter or other equipment. Please review the product page and ask us before ordering if compatibility is important to your purchase.

4. Pricing, taxes, discounts and shipping

Prices can change before an order is accepted. Applicable discounts, taxes where relevant, shipping charges and the final payable amount are shown at checkout. Current India delivery charges and the free-delivery threshold are stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. The shipping amount shown at checkout governs the particular order.

5. Payments and checkout

Payments are processed through the methods enabled for the store checkout and may be subject to the payment provider's authentication, verification, fraud-prevention and transaction requirements. 6. Orders and acceptance

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may be unable to fulfil an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, fraud is reasonably suspected, a pricing or listing error is obvious, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been successfully captured, we will provide an appropriate resolution, including refund where applicable.

7. Order changes and cancellation

Cancellation requests are handled under our Cancellation Policy. Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order. We will try to help before fulfilment progresses, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after packing, dispatch or carrier handover. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery methods, charges, estimates, tracking and failed-delivery handling are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. There is no universal guaranteed delivery timeline unless one is expressly stated as guaranteed for the particular order. Product-page, checkout, confirmation or tracking estimates can vary because of carrier and operational conditions.

9. Returns, replacements and refunds

Return, replacement and refund requests are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Replacements policy and applicable consumer law. Please contact support before sending an item back so the return can be identified and processed correctly.

10. Warranty and after-sales support

Any manufacturer or seller warranty applies only where expressly stated on the product page, packaging, invoice or manufacturer documentation. Warranty coverage, exclusions and claim process can vary by product. Warranty support is separate from defect-on-arrival, cancellation, return and refund rights. 11. Intellectual property

The ARLISHCO name, original site design elements, original text, graphics and other protected store content are subject to applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Reviews and user submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, questions or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or maintain store integrity.

13. Third-party services

The store relies on ecommerce, payment, analytics, communications, logistics and other service providers. Those services can be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites merely because they are linked from the store.

14. Website availability and errors

We aim to keep the store available and accurate, but temporary outages, maintenance, technical errors or inaccurate content can occur. We may correct errors, update information or withdraw an unavailable offer, subject to applicable law and any rights attached to an accepted order.

15. Limitation of liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARLISHCO is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by website unavailability, misuse of a product contrary to supplied instructions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Policy.

17. Grievances and disputes

For a complaint that is not resolved through ordinary support, use our Grievance Redressal channel. Nothing in this process restricts a right to approach an appropriate consumer authority or forum available under applicable law.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and the jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or business reasons. The version posted on the website with its last-updated date applies from publication, without retrospectively removing rights already attached to a completed transaction where law does not permit that.
