Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how ARLISHCO handles requests to cancel or correct an order. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.

Before packing or dispatch

If you need to cancel an order or correct an important order detail, email arlishco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to stop or amend fulfilment, but a request is not a guarantee that cancellation or amendment will be completed.

After packing, dispatch or carrier handover

Once an order has been packed, dispatched or handed to a carrier, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible. If the order is eligible for return, the Returns, Refunds & Replacements process applies after delivery or return-to-origin.

If a cancellation is accepted

If an accepted cancellation involves a payment that has already been captured, any approved refund is generally sent to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. After ARLISHCO initiates the refund, the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider. The refund language and any applicable shipping-cost treatment in our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy apply.

Orders ARLISHCO cannot fulfil

If we cannot fulfil an accepted order because of stock availability, payment issues, a material listing error, suspected fraud or another legitimate fulfilment issue, we may cancel or decline the order as permitted by law. If payment has been successfully captured and the order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate resolution, including refund where applicable.

Delivery charges

Current India shipping charges and the free-delivery threshold are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. This Cancellation Policy does not create a different delivery price or threshold.
